Need help identifying

I haven’t cleaned it up much. Any advice on what to do or what it is? To Me it looks like part of a skull.

This looks like a septarian nodule, with the typical crystalised cracks inside.

You might want to break it open to get a better look at some of the pieces. I'm not seeing anything that looks like a fossil, but it could be worth a try.
