Hi, so i just got this mosasaurus jaw from morocco, could someone help me to figure out if it is real? If so, is it possible to say from which exact species it is?

Its said to be from morocco...

Thank you in advance!

Hello, it's a real mosasaur jaw with real mosasaur teeth, but the teeth and the jaw are from diferent individuals and have been glued together, it's what is called a composite. Here you can see a post of a similar mosasaur jaw.

Real jaw bone, real teeth. But the teeth have been added. You can even see fingerprints where the tooth bases have been filled in.
The jaw bone is part of a left dentary.

It looks like teeth from two different species  Moroccan mosasaurs?

I think the teeth might just be from different jaw positions. They are either Thalassotitan atrox or Eremiasaurus heterodontus (or a mix of both).
