Real spinosaurus tooth

Recommended Posts

Hello, I recently bought this tooth that is said to be from a spinosaurus. Is it real?

It was found in morocco...

Thank you in advance!

That's a plesiosaur tooth. Real though.

I accept. I don't have any knowledge, but Spinosaurus doesn't look like teeth. It looks like a plesiosaur tooth.

Definitely a plesiosaur tooth probably (Zarafasaura oceanis). Most likely collected from the phosphate deposits in the Oulad Abdoun Basin of Morocco.

Try to return it, as its a Plesiosaur, something completely different ! try posting on the forum next time before you buy to prevent you for buying these wrong labeled fossils.

if you like it, its not bad to have a plesio-tooth

not great quality, a real one

so, if it was cheap and you like to have a plesio-tooth..., keep it
