No animal involved. A concretion is a non-biologic geological phenomenon.

Then how explain the shell around outside oval object

Look up concretion. They form in layers and some layers often flake off giving the appearence of shell. But its not actually an egg or shell.

It's also partly the result of weathering. Oxidation states of iron being a primary component. Water also incorporates itself into the crystalline structure (hydration).
