Hell Creek claw - dromaeosaur? oviraptorosaur? other?

Hi all, 

 

Any thoughts on the ID of this claw? About 3 cm long, sold as ?dromaeosaur claw from Hell Creek, Slope County, ND. The phalanx was found in the same location but not articulated. I've chewed through the excellent "Identification of Claws/Unguals from the Hell Creek/Lance Formations" topic but can't quite fit it to anything!

Can I see a photo of the ventral side.  The phalanx is turtle.

Haha, whoops. The photos are all from the seller, and unfortunately none of them cover the ventral side of the claw - I've asked for an additional photo and will update the thread.

That looks like a pinch on that bump, most likely an Anzu wyliei foot
