So i found this in denmark, i was working on a site in copenhagen, and about 150 cm - 200 cm deep down in the ground i found this. is this a fossil ?

The first image shows a fracture typical of fire heated chert or flint.  This kind of heating can also alter the colors in the stone.  Reddish tones are common.  This can happen in a 'campfire' or a natural fire.

It does look a little worked perhaps, I can see a possible percussion bulb and the remains of a striking platform, although its hard to determine from the picture; The 4th picture I mean. The last picture shows possible secondary flaking and remains of a cortex. But again this is very ambiguous and open to interpretation. The first picture does look doubtful for a worked piece however. But i agree totally with everyone else its not a fossil.
