I would really appreciate it if anyone knew what kind of fossil this is and how old it could be. It has a round shape and this "pattern" all around it. As you are located in Germany I add some papers in german language. All deal with Sponges from the Campanian of Hannover. Age is approx. 75 - 80 Million years.
