Given the size of this and what we know from your other finds, I'm leaning toward this being some sort of a crinoid columnal but it looks like much of the original material may be long gone and this is more of a residual image. Quite colorful. The matrix material seems to be some nicely silicified limestone which should be good for preservation of fossil material. Keep hunting where you are finding all these fossils as you seem to have a nice Devonian age fossil site with a diversity of fossils.
