I’ve been reading up about fossils in the Eastern PA region and came across a few papers about vertebrate fossils. Are any of these sites still accessible ?

Well without more specifics it's hard for anyone to answer your question. But I think the likelihood of anyone publicly discussing sites for Pennsylvanian tetrapods in less than zero.

Research, and bushwhacking will likely get you farther than asking on this Forum. ;)

Geology maps are your friend. Google maps as well. They don't call it fossil finding, only "fossil hunting."
