Opal bone?

I know it is an opal. I am asking if it also is a bone.

Your video header asks is it a dinosaur bone and that can only be addressed if we know where it was found, formation so we can determine age and if those deposits included dinosaurs.

In the video I said it was found in Lightning Ridge, Australia.

So, yes, opal bones are found there.

it was not treated. It is rough. 
it is 21.6 mm by 15 mm by 8mm.

Thank you, sorry typically just look at images not videos.   Looks like bone and dinosaurs, crocodyliforms including other creatures have been found in the Griman Creek Formation.    It's a very small specimen so it's difficult to assign it to any one.
