PODIGGER
Picked up another inner ear bone last week that looks to me like it could be another parietobalaena, (baleen whale). I have had the good fortune to have two Id'd by @Boesse. One in 2019 and one just last month. In comparing it to the 2019 find I think it is a match. I am hoping the good Doctor has the time to provide an ID on this one. If anyone else has an idea as to an ID their input would be appreciated. Thanks! First up the 2019 find: Now the latest, found last week. It measures - 40mm x 37mm x 29mm or 1 9/16" x 1 1/2" x 1 1/8"
Plantguy
Very Sweet! Nice find. Sounds reasonable but that baby sure looks to have been tumbled a bit. I'm especially am intrigued by the 2nd view. Not gonna venture a guess--way out of my league--surely wait for Bobby. Do you have comparative shots of the others that you can easily pend here? PODIGGER
Chris, The first two photos, with the pink ruler are the 2019 find identified by Bobby and subsequently donated to the State of Florida. The remaining photos with the blue/clear ruler are of the latest find. I think they are a match and hope Bobby has a chance to take a look and render an opinion. Here is one more photo of the 2019 find -
Boesse
This also looks like Parietobalaena! Did you ever hear from Rachel Narducci?
PODIGGER
Thank you Dr! I have not sent this in to UF yet as I have not had a lot of luck with getting a response. If you think it is appropriate I will forward the photos and info to Rachel Narducci.

PODIGGER
Thanks Plantguy. With me it's not so much sleep. I have to avoid responses after some fine wine. Jim W.
