It was advertised as a partial juvenile mastodon tooth, but I honestly have no idea if that's correct. I hardly spent anything on it so it's not a huge deal if it's something else entirely. Thoughts? digit Posted March 12, 2023 Share Posted March 12, 2023 Yup. Looks like a complete root lobe and a partial cusp. You can see the white band of enamel in cross section at the top of the tooth. Given the size I'd agree with "juvenile" as well. Not a very complete specimen but quite an unusual one. Nice addition to your collection.
