msantix
Hi, Was just wondering if this is really a Spinosaur jaw fragment because most I see labelled as that turn out to be Croc instead. It is a small fragment at 6.5cm in length and comes from the Kem Kem. Thanks!
Troodon
This is what a Spinosaurid maxilla should look like
Carl
I'm getting a slight pterosaur vibe from this one.

I was looking at just the right paper the other day to recognize that shape. The profile is similar to cf. Ornithocheirus and Coloborhynchus Fig. 7 cf. msantix
Oh my god! I never even thought it could be an Ornithocheirid/Anhanguerid jaw fragment.....I don't know why, I just never made that connection. Thank you guys so much for pointing me in the right direction (this forum has been so much help ), I just confirmation from a Paleontologist that this is indeed Ornithocheirid/Anhanguerid. Very cool fossil!..... I think I need more sleep! Edited March 16, 2023 by msantix
Dino Dad 81
Distinguishing the two can be quite an "Irritator." At least no forgery here.
