Dinosaur chunks

Hello, a local store brought this fossils from Tucson and are selling them. Are chunks of different dinosaurs. Is it really possible to ID the dinosaur with just this kind of piece? Or you have to hope that the guy that found them, found other pieces in the same matrix to be able to ID it?

Thanks!!

You are wise to be suspicious.  The rib might be identifiable to family (hadrosaurudae).  But if they are saying that is a dromaeosaur vertebra (?), it seems awful big.  And how they ID that chunk as a Triceratops...?

Highly unlikely unless it came off of identifiable skeleton or bone.  That dromaeosaur bone does not even look theropod and kind of large for one.  I would be very very skeptical
