Thank you both, any suggestions on how to remove the calcite? I have been using a dilute white vinegar but doesnt seem to be doing the job at the moment and don’t want to use too much with risk of damaging it.

Well, I’m going to have to disagree with the others. It looks awful! I suggest you send it to me straight away. I’ll hide it out of sight so no one else has to look upon it… :P

 

Only kidding of course! A bit weathered, but a Tully is a Tully, so it’s a great find in any condition. Congrats! :D
