SawTooth
I was out in a nearby creek yesterday searching my newest honey hole when I pulled this up, at first I thought it was petrified wood, but then I thought I saw schreger lines. I'm not an expert so I'm getting it checked here. Thanks!
Rockwood
I'm not an expert either, but I think they will confirm it as ivory soon. 1

Brandy Cole
Those look like pronounced schreger lines to me, so I agree that it's tusk material. Congrats on a great find! 1
pachy-pleuro-whatnot-odon
Absolutely undeniably a piece of tusk! The Schreger lines are clearly identifiable! SawTooth
Thank you for the feedback! This really makes me hopeful for what other fossils could be hiding in this creek! 1
