Ramanessin brook find ID

Hi there. I found this small black object in Ramanessin brook that I suspect is a fossil, but I cannot identify it. It has a small ridge that forms when the two sides converge. It has many rings patterns that form from the point to the broken end, covering most of the specimen. The broken end appears to have a small hole in the center, which made me thought it was from a belemnite, but no belemnites I have ever found looked like that. The dark parts of the specimen not covered by dirt gives of a shine when I point a flashlight at it not unlike fossilized matter. I would appreciate it if someone can figure out what it is, thanks for looking.

Possibly an internal mold of a ghost shrimp appendage. Wait for other opinions though.

The photos are a bit to small and blurry to be certain, and the fossil looks a bit weathered, but I think it might be a fish tooth. Something like Pachyrhizodus, Cimolichthys, or Apateodus.
