Hell Creek Amber?

I've got a few pieces of amber myself, supposedly from Montana and specifically the Hell Creek Formation. Would you say that's accurate?

I got these specimens ages ago from a National Geographic kit. I remembered the booklet saying they were from Montana but couldn't remember exactly what age. Looked up the booklet on the internet and it said they were aroubd 40 million years old.
