Megalodon necklace in Titanic wreckage.

At first I was skeptical of this one, but it looks credible. I smell a Franklin Mint necklace becoming available soon. Or a lot of meg jewelry that didn't move well to date, selling soon. Cheers.

Megalodon Necklace

Thanks for sharing... pretty nice Meg,  Hard to tell the size... Think about having such a treasure on 1914 !!!  Looks like it has a gold root... Likely pretty pricey for an exact reproduction  !!!

Not sure why they think it is from a megalodon. I’m guessing the object next to it is a bracelet, looks like a boar’s tusk. If so, the tooth is tiny.

Glad to see you on here @Al Dente.  I hadn't in a while, so I was hoping you were ok.

My favorite things about fossil hunting: getting out of my own head, getting into nature and, if I’m lucky, finding some cool souvenirs.

I went on vacation. I leave my iPad and phone at home. Getting almost impossible to travel without a phone these days.

Yeah, I am thinking the same, its "just" a shark tooth. Why not from an extant species?
