This is a few pictures of a trip to Penn Dixie, the finds of two days. This is a bit of a family tradition now, as we go to the site once a year. Now the finds.

All the stuff I managed to get.

A bit crushed and twisted, but still nice.F8EA19AF-90C8-4418-8892-0CFD045A2613.thumb.jpeg.4869c6c4f4313b44e438db925df27bae.jpeg

Some partials. The one on the left is pretty nicely sized.8B01BE92-C795-4AA6-A256-0ECDCF8784BC.thumb.jpeg.c7f08af961932f7d6eebc226f9818c91.jpeg

A big hunk of pyrite. This one really sparkles, though it’s a bit hard to photograph.FD6498BE-EE79-40B4-9A7B-6C6B0A1EE427.thumb.jpeg.dd91bd55fce2e289b4e1e9e2010a5522.jpeg68AF6308-24BC-4DD8-BBE1-7397822FEC0F.thumb.jpeg.c69dca518820b6acc373b02b1f82472b.jpeg

I thought this Aulocystis looked pretty nice, so I kept it.D57247F2-7721-4EE2-A075-8B90659CABDB.thumb.jpeg.e98a9842c74eb8e79804ef117958d57d.jpeg

A first for me, Palaeozygopleura. I think it’s P. delphicola.B03F3278-5ACC-4EEC-9EEA-A48BC46EBBEB.thumb.jpeg.c0bd1e2e94bc6e22f28ee0dcec88b8cf.jpeg

Some unidentified bivalves. Lyriopecten orbiculatus perhaps?981BF50D-0D10-46BE-B568-518EB0E77899.thumb.jpeg.8fb8f275239b6921864bacf3294a67e8.jpeg

An enrolled Greenops. The shell on pygidium is gone, sadly.11F78917-9F90-431D-84C2-488BFE4BF101.thumb.jpeg.d36d5f906a7ab34903b1f28b16db5d1e.jpeg8B798444-BBB8-452F-AFD7-6BCCA1A04495.thumb.jpeg.679c28b22fe7851f3b9ea751c13d0ffe.jpeg

Now for the trip-maker finds.

What looks like a nice prone Eldredgeops, it seems only the first left pleura and a bit of shell on the glabella is missing.4AC73327-F583-4971-B341-DA39A78D70DB.thumb.jpeg.dff7e329947b91ef0cc83f68b0e5ea76.jpeg
A really nice prone Bellacartwrightia. The right eye, a pygidial lappet, and a few pleurae are missing.07D3F17B-0F3B-4F3F-BA18-1E8DF8F0420B.thumb.jpeg.c8e0f8b4aecda342a2f5d9c1da7c4fb0.jpegA7FA0878-9E1E-4FC8-A277-DC4933B2F978.thumb.jpeg.21b94e4ec5881ce84014ae74b1b6d576.jpeg

A plate of Eldredgeops. I can count seven partially to fully complete specimens.BC5D10A3-E128-4317-9780-933C7AD55E14.thumb.jpeg.210dfe5d84dd954bf28163d679cd5385.jpegE990E1AB-147C-4119-B5C4-297C1E2C086F.thumb.jpeg.461d897dfc9222bccfb37370737a2d83.jpeg

And last, a piece of the Tichenor limestone with two Pseudodechenella cranidia. One has some shell missing. It seems the species is more prevalent in the limestone.D86004BD-2177-4F47-A49D-070FFBEC09C2.thumb.jpeg.9e55b1a5012c9befb985ade6cbe8c54c.jpeg
