To me it looks like a horse tooth can you take an overhead picture with better lighting

It is Equus (Plesippus) sp. or Dinohippus sp.left lower premolar 3/4. The tooth is at least three forth worn, so not much more to say on ID.  While

GA is not known for Blancan or Hemphillian fossil horses, Texas and Florida are, so no reason such horse fossils can't occur there.
