It doesn't really look like a fossil to me. Just a cool formation made when the rock material cooled.

yea i dont think it is a fossil but just a rock

This looks like a piece of slag rock that remains after refining ores. I used to have a collection of various slag specimens from copper smelting at the Phelps-Dodge Copper Refinery in El Paso, Texas that look virtually identical to this. THe slag was composed of various impurities found in the ore and contained silicates, oxides and metal residues that were variously melted and crystallized in part. They made some cool looking structures.

If it is hematite, it should be attracted at least a little to a strong magnet.

Some slags might be as well depending on their exact composition.
