Tooth Or Rock?

E.T.

Recommended Posts

I was getting my car serviced yesterday and while in the waiting room, looking over some info on fossils on my laptop, a guy tells me he thinks he has a fossil of some sort of big animal tooth. I told him to send me pics and I would see if it could be identified. It was found in Beaver County in western Pennsylvania, zip code 16141. Below are the pictures he sent me. If anyone can help identify this tooth, or if it's just a rock, much appreciated.

Sorry,, but I agree,... Rock.

No enamel, no serrations, no root, or true tooth structure.

Rock.
