Uncle Siphuncle
If you ever surf eBay looking at Texas ammonites for sale, you'll see that Bill Jolley has ammonites cemented into his fireplace....pretty cool. Ludwigia
Hi, This isn't quite furniture, but it does belong to room decor. An ammonite clock which I created out of some small Dactylioceratidae and Harpoceratidae from Fuegerolles in Normandie. The Background is supplied by half of a Ludwigia from Geisingen in Germany cut and polished and stuck together back to back. Have a good time. Greetings from the Lake of Constance. bruce
What a wonderful clock! It certainly makes you think about time, when you have millions of years on the wall to think about, as you count the few hours that each of us have, by comparison, to live our short, fleeting lives. Thank you for posting it!
