It is definitely an artiodactyl, likely an Oligocene oreodont from the North American badlands. To be a bit more specific, I'd say it is a worn, partial skull of an oreodont, possibly Miniochoerus (but that's stretching it without seeing the fossil cleaned up a bit).

whatever it is, i think merycoidodon, it is quite expensive for what it is. i would expect to pay around 45 buck tops for that.

I've been searching for a partial skull like this for quite some time, and usually they are more expensive at 65 dollars even at this quality. Then again you have better sources than I :P
