Hi all, don't know if this has been seen or not, but here it is. We found an articulated Dimetrodon skeleton complete, on the last dig in north central Texas. Here is a link to the Paleo Blog from the museum about it.

Wow! That's impressive! Will it eventually be on display in Houston?

Fantastic!.... I think the use of video is a great idea, you get much more from it than just looking at photos and the excitement and importance of the find comes across... :Thumbs Up:

Way cool! I've always loved that freaky Permian stuff. It's awesome naming it in honor of Williston too. He paved the way for so much that we know today.

Should be, I hear they are going to have a permian environment in the new paleo hall of the museum in 2012. They are going to display all the finds in there. It's going to be big.

Fine fossil find!! I did not know their teeth were so big!

I've seen the killing fang (Canine) with roots 3 inches long, come from that layer.

It was on the front page of today's Houston Chronicle, also.

maybe so, but for the video you'd have to turn the pages too fast so i just look at it online at their website. :o
