TMNH Posted February 11, 2011 Share Posted February 11, 2011 This is a bothriolepis canadensis fossil that I bought at the Tucson Fossil Show last year. The large, dark grey mass behind the body looks slightly similar to fossils that I have seen with tails preserved. Is the object a tail, or just some plant material or other piece of debris?
