There is the Desert Museum in the old part of Tucson where they used to shoot movies.

It's been a couple of years since my last visit but there was a matrix display of Early Pliocene mammal fossils from the Big Sandy Formation (Wikieup area). I don't recall other fossils on display there.

Are there any other fossil displays around southern Az?

The Mesa Southwest Museum (now the Arizona Museum of Natural History) has some very nice dinosaur material on display, and also some Pliocene and Pleistocene material.

The International Wildlife Museum in Tucson has a life-reconstruction of a woolly mammoth and an Irish Elk, and from time to time ( whenever I get around to it) has temporary exhibits of other fossil material.
