No enamel, no tooth.

Maybe the tip of a deer antler tine?

It really doesn’t look like a tooth to me. Better pics would help, but I can’t say that I can see a bone like structure either.

Very often Enchodus teeth at Big Brook are found without enamel, but this doesn't at all look like Enchodus. There is a chance it is one root from a Scapanorhynchus but we would need much sharper pictures to be sure.

What is the size of this specimen? If it is less than 1/2" long, I would say it may possible be a root lobe of a goblin shark tooth, just broke and worn. If it is larger then that, then I would rule it out all together and proably say its a concretion or an internal mold of something.

DO, or do not. There is no try.
