Is This A Fish Tail?

I found this in a dry creek bed in McLennan County, Texas. There are a lot of oyster shell fossils in the rocks.

Hope it is, it would be a great find for me.

Looks like fish to me with the Dark Grey color and flaky texture.. May not be tail, might be one of the fins. Can you get a better photo on the attachment side please?

To me, it looks more like a bone than rays of a fin. Still could be fish, going by the texture.
