I found a Phacops rana in the Ordovician near Maysville, KY and others in a Silurian site in Indiana. Go figure I found a Phacops at the Petrified Forest Museum in Flora, MS. It clearly says 'Devonian', so there you go. I've heard of supposed out-of-place artifacts in archaeology, but none are very jaw-dropping, except maybe the Antikythera Clock.
