Indy Posted April 10, 2013 Share Posted April 10, 2013 Bumping for interest I'm not a crinoid expert. Never heard of regenerating heads on crinoids. Its understood arms can be regenerated and that might be what was suggested. To my old eyes the arms do not look out of proportion. My first impression is the stem has a "puffy" appearance instead of just appearing out of proportion to the head which brings in-life parasitic attacks or injury and healing to mind.
