32fordboy
Does anyone here know where I can find a list of all the theropods found in the Hell Creek formation? I'm not looking for every single one, just the types (genus, species). Thanks. Nick www.nicksfossils.com

raptorclaws
Go here and look under dinosauria...http://www.scn.org/~bh162/hellcreek2.html#dinosaurs The Hell Creek Formation is a snapshot in time. It's Latest Crestaceous at the K/T boundary. Just 2 to 4 million years before this there is another complete fauna (such as in the Horseshow Canyon Formation).... and another group of theropods (Albertosaurus, etc.).
