Auspex
There are so many physiological similarities between Therapods and birds that the frontier of theory is no longer that they are related, but that birds are dinosaurs. Auspex, that birds are dinosaurs is not a theory. It follows from the cladistics analysis on ther taxa. if you agree that birds descended from dinosaurs, and you accept the cladistics approach, then you automatically have to agree that birds are dinosaurs. Guest Nicholas
There are so many physiological similarities between Therapods and birds that the frontier of theory is no longer that they are related, but that birds are dinosaurs. I think there is sufficient evidence to call this an accepted scientific theory.

TheFossilHunter
I think there is sufficient evidence to call this an accepted scientific theory. yes, it has been accepted as a scientific theory for a long time now that birds descended from dinosaurs. what follows from the acceptance of cladistics analysis principles is that birds are dinosaurs.
