Chris91 Posted March 25, 2013 Share Posted March 25, 2013 I found this walking on the beach in South Carolina. Can't tell if it is a fossil or a really strange shaped rock. Thinking it is a fossil due to the symmetry of the groves on both sides. Looks like some kind of joint bone or vertebrae. It is heavy like a rock but just seems too symmetrical to be one.
