Missourian Posted April 17, 2014 Author Share Posted April 17, 2014 My guess at the moment is an element of a fin of a bony fish, specifically at the point of attachment somewhere along the center line. I really don't know much about fish anatomy -- not to mention of the seemingly endless variety of skeletal elements -- but it's the only thing that seems to make sense. Context is critical.
