Two Nautiloid/Ammonite Shaped Fossils

During our 4th of July fossil trip I was looking for something a bit different and found these two nautiloid shaped fossils. One appears to be a large ammonoid which is poorly defined, and the other is a smaller ammonoid impression in shale. Would appreciate any comments.
