squali
Thanks for posting this. The political and collegiate collaboration will be interesting to follow. The geology is as remarkable as the fossils. I think TFF member Vordigern was there The day the article was written. It's hard to remember why you drained the swamp when your surrounded by alligators. Shamalama
That would be nice to save the site rather than let it be developed. Heck, I'd like to be able to visit the site again myself someday! -Dave __________________________________________________ Geologists on the whole are inconsistent drivers. When a roadcut presents itself, they tend to lurch and weave. To them, the roadcut is a portal, a fragment of a regional story, a proscenium arch that leads their imaginations into the earth and through the surrounding terrain. - John McPheeIf I'm going to drive safely, I can't do geology. - John McPheeCheck out my Blog for more fossils I've found: http://viewsofthemahantango.blogspot.com/

Vordigern
Im just hoping the rain lets up, since mid June we've had to spend half the day digging out/draining the grid before we can do any work. This week we're having a highschool out to the site.
