I'll bet Witmer has the equipment to scan your fossil and produce a "paper cast" of it for you to keep - it may not be feasable to do a standard mold and cast - which would likely destroy the bone bits still present.

If they can scan it for a paper cast, the scan file could probably be adapted to make a 3D printer model, too. I've seen some plastic models from those that are pretty good, though not perfect. I'm sure a high-quality machine could do better!

Wow fantastic I think this is very exciting !!!! and I too commend you on your willingness to donate this wonderful fossil to a museum
