My Finds From This Summer

Very Nice -- it is good to have a source of fossils during the wet season. The ocean does not care about rainy seasons. Here is a tooth from a Jax Beach.. I try to do closeups to make the tooth more impressive.

I took some better photos of all my shark teeth and other fossils, I will post them later tonight. Not sure what the bones are. I'll put some close up pics soon

Welcome to the Fossil Forum. Nice variety, shells, bones, glass, shark teeth. There are several river sites that I collect that have a good amount of river glass. The green and brown glass are two of the common colors along with white. Red, yellow, blue and black glass are more uncommon. Nice shark teeth.

I only have a few Great White and thus treasure them more.  They are very rare in my hunting grounds (SW Florida). Here is a one inch version from 2015 and a 2 incher from last April.

I only get a few, but the ones I do get are very high quality.

SharkWhisperer,

A kind of coincidence. I responded to your post yesterday on Great Whites, showing a 1 incher, and a recently found 2 incher. It made me think about whether I would ever find the Nirvana of GWs at or over 3 inches.

Today I had plans to meet a good friend who is a Florida Artifact/Megalodon dealer to purchase a fossil. He had a Great White that he had recently found... So in the photo below, it is my hand but his tooth, a Florida GW a tad over 3 inches.
