jpc Posted September 17, 2013 Share Posted September 17, 2013 I agree... neural plates off of a turtle shell. I'm not sure if you have two fused or just one with a funny shape. But definitely turtle neural plates... from down the middle of the shell. The ridges along the bottom side are where the vertebra attached.
