Sorry for the big picture, i couldn´t help it, as i didn´t want to post it to my gallery as i don´t own it (yet).

My question is, does this look authentic? It is sold as one of those Saltasaurus eggshells from Argentine that´s slowly getting more rare (as fossil export from Argentina is illegal nowadays), and it´s up on a swedish auction site (i live in Sweden) and is currently really cheap as it is 3 days left of the auction, and its a nice piece which got me interested, however, could it be fake? It has an unusual colour of a shell from this location (yellowish brown), but it still got the small "blobs" that you should look for in eggshells, and i see no point in faking a small eggshell, which brings me to the question, is it fake, or is it a great chance?

Auspex

Is there a cross-section view of the structure? That would be hard to fake.

It doesn´t look fake, and the strange coloration in the pictures must have been because of the lightning, it has the regular colour of eggshells from the region and i am quite satisfied.
