DocBeav
Hello! I just joined the forum after trying to find some info on something I found today while metal detecting the beach in Va. I was on the bay side, in the water when this little baby ended up in my scoop. I found a sharks tooth in the same area afew months back so I'm always looking for other interetsting items (other than the metal ones I'm digging) while out prowling the beach. Here are a bunch of pictures that I hope will help.

DocBeav
What is the best way to determin age? One person said it could be Late Miocene or Early Pliocene (2-25 million years right?).
