indominus rex
One of my favourite, 4+ inch Cuban Megalodon tooth, not my biggest and rarest but I love how nice the quality is, every serration is intact and the Bourlette is super. A shame the root is busted but still a super tooth. Life started in the ocean. And so did my interest in fossils.
fossilcrazee
Like so many others, I can't pick just one. So the smallest: 8 mm across from the root Reliably identified, and independently confirmed, as a fetal megalodon tooth, though occasionally someone will try to convince me it is otherwise. Found in Yorktown sediments physically removed from the Aurora Phosphate mine in the late 90's Beaufort County, North Carolina And the largest Just over 6 inches on the slant with a little bit of tip damage on the labial side Found diving (I clearly remember making a noise into my respirator when I saw the outline of the tooth in the silt.) Hertford County, North Carolina
