Miatria
I dug for 3 days in a row this weekend but didn't have much luck. Stormy weather, high water level in the river and chilly winds didn't help. I did find 4 little mammal teeth. Wondering if the top tooth in the photo could be manatee. I'm attaching a side photo of it; it is not very thick from chewing surface to root line. I think the second tooth in bottom row is dolphin. Zookeeperfossils.com
fossilized6s
Not bad at all. I would agree with your ID's Dolphin, Manatee, Deer incisor and maybe a Bison incisor. ~Charlie~ "There are those that look at things the way they are, and ask why.....i dream of things that never were, and ask why not?" ~RFK ->Get your Mosasaur print ->How to spot a fake Trilobite ->How to identify a CONCRETION from a DINOSAUR EGG
Shellseeker
Need a view of the rightmost tooth's chewing surface. How about this? http://www.tampabayfossilclub.com/galImage.php?pic_id=126&full=1 or this? http://www.fossil-treasures-of-florida.com/american-mastodon-am012.html The White Queen ".... in her youth she could believe "six impossible things before breakfast"
Miatria
I think the far right tooth is a deer incisor. The top tooth is a conundrum. I've been studying photos of manatee and baby mastodon teeth and can't come to a decision. Zookeeperfossils.com
Shellseeker
Here is another link that seems to imply manatee molar.. http://www.indiana9fossils.com/Teeth/Manatee.htm Either way -- NICE find, relatively rare The White Queen ".... in her youth she could believe "six impossible things before breakfast"
