Batty Posted April 21, 2014 Share Posted April 21, 2014 Spent a week camping with the kids, did a lot of hiking and exploring old copper mines and creeks. Here's a few pics of some of the rocks we found and saw. The glowing rocks are metals and minerals under black light, we will be trying that at home lol. The dickinsonia is behind glass, a presentation to the Sprigg family, would like to find one myself but seeing the read deal was just as good. If you pop into the SA Museum, you can touch the display wall that is covered in Dickinsonias (and ripple rock on the other side)- it is a common game amongst visitors to see who can spot the most!
