I Have No Idea What These Are!

Help! I'm not sure if these are fossils or not. I'd like to think they are, just no idea what they are. I'm also freeze thawing a few still. We didn't find much while we were there. But did find just a few nodules.

Your first item looks to me like a cordiates seed, something like Cardiocarpus sp.

Your second image is too blurry for me to see what it is.

Awesome.Thanks.I figured the first one was a type of plant etc. But wasn't too sure. We actually found the first on in a pile on the side of the road, where it looks like someone cracked open a bunch of nodules and dumped out the ones that didn't have anything. None of them had any fossils. But this little gem. Actually, I wasn't sure so I brought it home with me and cleaned it and seen it. The second one, there's definitely something there, but, can't really make it out either. We found that one the way it is so it's not cracked all the way through. I am currently freeze/thawing that one to see if it will open up more. It was pretty fun! I wanna definitely go back. The only bad thing is the ticks. We came home with a few. And a few that lived in the car for a few days. Ugh.
