cojo Posted June 10, 2014 Share Posted June 10, 2014 I was going to guess gypsum as well. Can you scratch the whiter area around the edge with your fingernail? Auspex: Before I tried it, I was prepared to not like scrapple, but when I finally did I actually liked it a lot. I haven't had it in YEARS, though. It may be time to fry up a batch Ed: I just looked at the picture I posted again and I think you're right! It does look just like an overdone steak, lol.
