bigv
I've had some work done in my garden and had all sorts of ballast delivered for the groundwork. I'm also not far from the sea. Last week I found this item laying around in my garden which looks remarkably like an egg but now having done some search online, it could well be a concretion. It was the outer layer that made me think it it was an egg due to the rippled surface and the different colours inside. This could also be explained with a concretion as well i guess. Any ideas? bigv
Thanks Taogan. It's fascinating how the layers of material have been built up over the years.
