It's a low quality partial cast of the type claw of Baryonyx. I agree with Troodon.

Looks like the Baryonyx claw cast that was floating around a couple decades ago. I might have one around here to compare.

Another possibility,since there is no provenance to the original claw , and no defining features that almost perfectly fit one species, is that this is skillfully sculpted. (Clay or wax) replica that was molded and cast.

Definitely that Baryonyx claw as hxmendoza stated. The claw is clearly the same. It even has the same cracks near the base. It's just of lower quality.
